12. We use best quality required server for our algo application and website but, In case Server/Internet Issue, or API problem will occored topalgotrade.com (Our company) will not take any responciblity of your profit or Loss.

13. When any user is using the topalgotrade application and due to any reason he/she will exit from the trade from the broker's application he/she will be totally responsible for the profit and loss from that trade. Due to exiting manually from broker's application you will get the next trades wrong because Topalgotrade application can not get the manual exit idea.
