Customer Agreement

1. Customer Service: This Customer Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between the customer or user ("Customer," "User," or "you") and www.topalgotrade.com ("topalgotrade," "we," "our," or "us"). You will be required to agree to the terms and conditions under this Agreement when accessing or using the services.

2. All applicants are eligible to participate in this signing, subject to the applicability of the laws and regulations. They have to be at least 18 years of age.

Conflict: We provide algorithmic trading tools and other services for informational and educational purposes, not for any legal, investment, or financial advice.

4. User Responsibilities If you use the service, you must agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.

Keep your account and registered information unaffected and confidential from third parties.

Ensure that you always use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Be technically literate, as you are responsible for all trades and inquiries the system generates from your account.

5. Risk Acknowledgment You accept and acknowledge that there are significant financial risks in using a software system for an algorithmic trade. The profits achieved thus far do not guarantee a similar outcome in the future. Therefore, try not to have any professional allusion to the algorithmic trade system that guarantees profit without loss.

6. Fees and payments Some services may carry charges; these charges, depending on the service, are detailed during the payment process. Except for any policies posted on the website, all fees are considered non-refundable. Your fee will be non-refundable if we cannot fulfill the service before the termination time.

7. Intellectual property Intellectual property laws protect the creators of the software system, whether they are us or our affiliates, including exclusive content, proprietary software, and all software we provide. We expressly prohibit the distribution, reproduction, or other unauthorized use of our proprietary tools.

8. Limitation of Liability We shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any incidental, direct, or environmental damages (including but not limited to losses in capital from one trade or loss in systems).

9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and use of our services at any time, for any grounds shown in this Agreement or following the laws of our country.

10. Amendments: We reserve the right to make any changes to our membership agreement, effective from time to time. Any agreement changes will be posted on the website with a notice from the date of posting. You are required to be aware of and therefore bound by any such amendments.

11. Governing LawThe laws of Pune, India will decide if this agreement is valid and how it should be interpreted. If there is a legal dispute, it will be settled in the court or arbitration institution of Pune, India.
